About the programme

Elektro- und Informationstechnik (Electrical and Information Technology) is a German-taught, project-based Master of Engineering at TH Aschaffenburg. You work independently on your own project throughout all three semesters, gaining practical experience in industry or research, and you put together an individual study plan of courses that fit your project. Professors give individual supervision, and you work closely with the university's labs and teams, building in-depth expertise in your project topic. The programme runs full time with 90 ECTS over three semesters, including the master's thesis, and starts in the summer or winter semester. It suits graduates in engineering or a related field.
